Job Overview
Noemi Salon is looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Spa Therapist to deliver high-quality wellness and beauty treatments. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of spa services, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for enhancing client relaxation and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of spa treatments, including body massage, body scrubs, facials, and other wellness services
- Ensure all treatments are delivered in accordance with company standards and SOPs
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, tools, and equipment
- Provide personalized recommendations to clients based on their needs and preferences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits
- Handle client inquiries and concerns professionally
- Ensure proper use and inventory of spa products and supplies
- Support team operations and contribute to a positive working environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist (fresh graduates with relevant training are welcome to apply)
- Certified in spa therapy, massage, or beauty treatments is preferred
- Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and body treatments
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude
- Service-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Able to work in a team and flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays
