We are looking for a professional and passionate SPA Therapist to deliver exceptional wellness experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will have certified training in spa treatments, strong communication skills, and a genuine dedication to guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of spa treatments (massage, facials, scrub, reflexology, menicure, pedicure) according to established standards.
- Provide personalized service and recommendations tailored to guest needs.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of treatment rooms and spa facilities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Manage spa supplies and report inventory needs.
- Promote spa services and products to enhance guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a SPA Therapist in hospitality or wellness industry.
- Certified training in massage therapy and spa treatments.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and wellness practices.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages (basic communication)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Positive attitude, team player, and well-groomed appearance.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
