WE ARE HIRING – SPA THERAPIST
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in a Luxury Boutique Spa or 4/5-Star Hotel Spa.
- Certified in Spa Therapy or Massage Therapy.
- Proven expertise in Balinese Massage, Acupressure, Facial Treatments, or other bodywork techniques.
- Strong communication and guest service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, personal grooming, and professional conduct.
- Ability to adapt treatments to individual guest preferences and needs.
- Willing to work on a shift-based schedule according to the assigned shift roster.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Treatment Execution & SOP Standards
- Deliver high-quality massage, facial, and wellness treatments in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Tailor treatment pressure and techniques to meet individual guest preferences.
- Ensure treatment rooms, linens, oils, and equipment are properly prepared before each session.
2. Guest Experience & Hospitality
- Conduct pre-treatment consultations to understand guests' needs, preferences, and concerns.
- Clearly communicate treatment procedures and ensure guest comfort and privacy throughout the service.
- Handle guest feedback and service recovery situations professionally.
3. Hygiene, Safety & Operations
- Maintain excellent personal grooming, treatment room cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
- Arrive punctually for scheduled shifts and participate in daily team briefings.
- Assist with inventory tracking and monitoring of spa supplies.
4. Training & Quality Assurance
- Attend required technical and service training sessions.
- Participate in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Continuously improve treatment techniques and service skills to maintain luxury spa standards.
Work Schedule
Shift-based schedule according to the assigned shift roster.
