Main Responsibilities:
Perform professional massage treatments according to spa standards (e.g., relaxation, deep tissue, etc.).
Provide creambath treatments including hair washing, scalp massage, hair mask application, and basic hair drying.
Ensure guest comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout the treatment.
Prepare treatment rooms before and after each session (cleanliness, towels, oils, products).
Maintain hygiene and sterilization of tools and equipment.
Explain treatments and recommend suitable services or products to guests.
Follow spa SOPs and service protocols at all times.
Report any guest complaints or issues to the supervisor.
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
Requirements:
Experienced in massage and creambath treatments.
Good communication skills.
Well-groomed, disciplined, and responsible.
Able to work in a team and follow instructions.
