Responsibilities
- Assess guests needs and try to fulfill all their requests
- Develop relationship with clients and motivation them to use massage therapy services
- Offer treatments that can reduce pain, increase flexibility or boost body's function
- Guide clients to choose treatments that fit in with their needs
- Perform accurate treatment sessions and document patient's progress
- Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and accurately
- Ensure all treatments area are clean and neat
Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience as a professional massage therapist
- Proficient knowledge of reflexology, massage, and spa
- Excellent communication skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Ability to keep a well-groomed, professional appearance
- Ability to perform massages on diverse clients
