Qualifications:
* Minimum 1 year experience as a Spa Therapist
* Skilled in body massage, body treatment, and basic spa therapy
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Neat, clean, and professional appearance
* Able to work well in a team and flexible with shift schedules
* Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Spa or massage certification is an advantage
* Basic English communication skills will be an advantage
Responsibilities:
* Perform spa treatments according to company standards professionally
* Provide excellent service and ensure customer comfort throughout the treatment
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment
* Prepare treatment rooms, products, and supplies before each treatment
* Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally
* Ensure all treatments are performed safely, consistently, and according to standards
* Support daily spa operations and work collaboratively with the team.
