THERAPIST
Placement: Uzbekistan (Hadith Hotel, Samarkand)
Job Description
Provide professional massage and spa treatments to guests according to the hotel's standards and treatment procedures.
Perform various massage techniques, including relaxation massage, traditional massage, aromatherapy, and other treatments based on the available spa menu and the therapist's qualifications.
Conduct a brief consultation with guests before treatment to understand their preferences, needs, and treatment expectations.
Ensure guests feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the treatment.
Maintain guest privacy and follow proper treatment procedures at all times.
Prepare the treatment room, linens, oils, equipment, and other necessary items before each treatment.
Clean and organize the treatment room and equipment after each treatment.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation in all treatment areas.
Provide professional recommendations regarding suitable treatments based on guest needs and preferences.
Communicate politely and professionally with guests and respond appropriately to their requests.
Handle guest feedback professionally and report any concerns or incidents to the Spa Supervisor or Manager.
Ensure all spa equipment and facilities are properly maintained and report any damage or malfunction to the responsible person.
Follow all company policies, spa procedures, health and safety regulations, and service standards.
Maintain a professional attitude, grooming, and personal hygiene at all times.
Work closely with other spa and hotel team members to provide a consistent and high-quality guest experience.
Support promotional activities, special guest requests, and other spa-related activities when required.
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Spa Supervisor or Management.
Qualifications
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Therapist, Spa Therapist, Massage Therapist, or similar position.
Experience working in a hotel, resort, spa, wellness center, or similar hospitality environment is preferred.
Possess relevant training or certification in massage therapy, spa treatment, or a related field.
Good knowledge of various massage techniques and basic spa treatments.
Able to provide treatments professionally according to established procedures and standards.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, polite, patient, and service-oriented.
Able to understand and respond to guest needs professionally.
Able to maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming.
Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and guest safety.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts when required.
Basic to good English communication skills are preferred.
Experience serving international guests is an advantage.
Previous overseas or international hospitality experience is an advantage.
Willing to relocate and work in Uzbekistan.
Willing to learn and adapt to the company's service standards and local working environment.
