Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spa Supervisor, Outlet Supervisor, Store Supervisor, Retail Supervisor, or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality, wellness, beauty, retail, or service industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Customer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Professional appearance and grooming with a pleasant personality.
- Experience in handling daily operations, scheduling, staff supervision, and customer service.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
