REQUIREMENTS:
- Good spoken English and basic written English
- Friendly, polite and professional communication
- Previous experience in reception, or spa is usually preferred
- Ability to handle bookings, payments, phone calls, and customer inquiries
- Basic computer skills
- Good personal presentation and a welcoming attitude
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of span treatments and sevices is a plus
