The primary responsibilities of the Spa Receptionist at PT KOBURI SAN HOLISTIC SPA include greeting clients, handling inquiries, and providing directions within the spa premises. You will also manage reservations, ensuring accurate scheduling and maintaining a high standard of service. Additionally, you will assist in administrative tasks, which may involve record-keeping and ensuring the smooth operation of the reception desk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests, contributing to the overall positive experience they have during their visit.

We are seeking a female candidate with a minimum of SMA/SMK educational qualification, possessing a blend of customer service and English language proficiency. Experience ranging from 1 to 3 years in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. You should have a natural ability to engage and assist guests, ensuring their satisfaction. Strong skills in reservation management, particularly for spa services, are essential. Familiarity with administrative tasks and a proactive approach to problem-solving will be highly beneficial.
