About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and service-minded Spa Attendant to join our team at Mello Spa. You will play an important role in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests while supporting the smooth daily operation of the spa.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all spa rooms and facilities are clean, organized, and ready for guests.
Prepare treatment rooms, towels, linens, amenities, and other necessary supplies.
Assist Spa Therapists with treatment room preparation and guest needs.
Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the spa.
Monitor and replenish spa supplies and report stock shortages when necessary.
Assist with laundry, cleaning, and other daily operational tasks.
Ensure guests feel comfortable and well taken care of during their visit.
Follow company SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Spa Supervisor or Management.
Requirements
Previous experience in a spa, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred.
Friendly, positive, and service-oriented personality.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically fit and comfortable with operational tasks.
Basic English communication skills.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Good grooming and professional appearance.
