- Degree in related field
- Min 1 year in simillar position
- Excellent record of kitchen management
- Exceptional cooking skills, has a strong business acumen with a strong sense of competition in the business and is ahead with the food and health trends
- Extensive experience as a cook in western cuisine, ideally in high end or fine dining establishments. Fimiliarity with vegan and keto menus is a strong plus
- Certain knowledge on healthy food, bakery (basic bakery - bread and pizza dough), ice cream and smoothie bowls
- Proficient in various cooking methods, techniques for ingredient preparation, sauce making, and plating
- Familiarity with sourcing and utilising high-quality, fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients to create exceptional dishes
- Has strong leadership skills with an acute sense of good judgement and swift performance improvement
- Familiarity with the best pratice in the hotel/restaurant/catering service industry
- Attention to detail, capable of delegating multiple task, knowledge in banquet, kitchen management, butcher is a plus
- Proficient in microsoft office, point of sale, and restaurant management software for food costing, wastage control management
