From managing daily kitchen operations to ensuring hygiene and food safety standards, you help create an environment where excellence is a habit, not an exception.
You will support menu execution, control food costs, and maintain efficient workflow during service. When the kitchen gets busy, you stay focused, calm, and solution-oriented—keeping the team aligned and motivated.
