Sous Chef
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and hygiene standards
- Able to assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen activities
- Good leadership skills and able to supervise kitchen team effectively
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Good understanding of food cost control and inventory management
- Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about food quality
- Disciplined, responsible, and able to maintain consistency in food standards
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Able to join immediately is a plus
