We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Sous Chef to join our kitchen team and contribute to the success of our vibrant nightlife and dining experiences. The Sous Chef will play a vital role in supporting the head chef in managing the kitchen operations, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Key responsibilities include assisting in menu planning, overseeing food preparation, supervising kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure, manage time effectively, and contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
Candidates must have completed SMA/SMK education and possess a solid foundation in cooking. Strong skills in teamwork and time management are essential, as well as a passion for food and hospitality. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
