Seeking Sous Chef – Korean Food / Fine Dining Background

We are currently searching for a Sous Chef with hands-on experience in Korean cuisine or a solid background in Fine Dining restaurants.

Requirements:

* Korean cuisine experience is highly preferred

* Fine Dining background is highly preferred

* Strong leadership and kitchen management skills

* Fluent in English

* Passion for culinary excellence and continuous improvement

What You'll Do:

* Support the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.

* Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.

* Lead, train, and develop kitchen team members.

* Contribute to menu development and culinary innovation.
