Deskripsi pekerjaan Sourcing Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) Pt Murni Solusindo Nusantara

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Mandarin-speaking Sourcing Specialist to support procurement and vendor sourcing activities for our IT business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying suppliers, negotiating prices, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely procurement of IT products and services, especially from Chinese-speaking vendors and manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and evaluate suppliers for IT hardware, software, and related services.
  • Communicate and negotiate with Mandarin-speaking vendors regarding pricing, lead time, and product specifications.
  • Compare quotations and prepare procurement analysis reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Finance, Operations, and Warehouse) regarding purchasing needs.
  • Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and product quality.
  • Handle procurement documentation including purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies and regulations.
  • Assist in inventory planning and supply chain optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years experience in sourcing, procurement, or purchasing.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
  • Experience dealing with Chinese suppliers/manufacturers is preferred.
  • Good understanding of IT products and technology procurement.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and procurement systems/ERP.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
