Responsibility:
- Own and execute strategic sourcing and vendor selection based on what our company and customers’ needs.
- Developing a network of contacts, identifying and reaching out to potential merchant or suppliers.
- Acquiring fabrics based on forecasted trend and customers’ request as well as inputting and managing data inventory.
- Maintaining relationship with merchant and evaluate performance and areas of opportunity.
- Manage the end-to-end sourcing cycle including planning, sourcing, procurement, RFQ processes, negotiation, issuing purchase order and payment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any related fields.
- A proven 2-year work experience in sales or sourcing and procurement preferably in supply chain, textile or fashion industry.
- Excellent and communication skills focused on improving collaboration, understanding, and information exchange across all stakeholders
- Knowledge of supply chain and warehouse management system
- Ability to adapt and learn new things within a fast-paced environment.
- Work in a highly organised and efficient manner, with great attention to detail and responsiveness.
