Social Media Influencer Senior Account Executive
About the Role:
We are looking for a Social Media Influencer Senior Account Executive to join our
a growing team of influencer management specialists to provide a strong guiding voice
amongst our team and with our clients to drive efficient and effective social media
influencer campaigns for brands.
You will be responsible for boosting our client's social media presence/impact via
innovative creative influencer campaigns, and guiding the team under you to hit the
brief, and push for more.
Ideally, you should have a passion and understanding of influencer marketing, a strong
focus on relationships, and have a knack for listening to client's needs and being a good
match-maker to connect brands with the right influencers through creative campaigns.
Using these skills, experience, and knowledge, you should also be able to nurture an
executive.
Your responsibilities would include:
Strategy and Development:
● Development and management of social media KOL campaigns (content + KOL
identification across different markets in Southeast Asia) for key client accounts
● Client KPI development + tracking
● Support in strategic development for new campaigns
Client/Account Management
● Project manage influencer campaigns from client brief through to ideation,
influencer identification, outreach, talent management, monitoring postings, and
post-campaign reporting
● Oversee and continuously improve upon regular KOL accounts by capturing and
analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and
providing advice to act on the information
● Be adept at client and stakeholder management
● Support in campaign budget management to ensure profitability and key milestones are on track

You should:
● Have a keen interest in social media marketing and influencer management
● Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a social influencer management role
● Possess strong client and project management skills
● Strong understanding of the influencer landscape and the metrics to demonstrate
campaign success
● Be a strategic, creative thinker as well as possess high emotional intelligence
● Have a positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and
organizational ability
● Possesses grit - we are a startup. While we are flexible on certain things, we
work damn hard.
● Be able to work both independently and as a team.
