- Creating game design flowcharts
- Working with developers to ensure correct implementation of designs
- Checking and verification of game designs and expected dynamics

Skills and Requirements
- Experience in leading a team, taking a game from production to launch
- Experience working with database structured design
- Proficient in Office suite software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Familiar with documentation and reporting tools (Confluence, JIRA)
- Experience with data and KPI analysis for games
- Able to make data-driven decisions
- 5 years of experience in game design (mobile experience ideal)
- Great communication skills & teamwork
Having these are a plus
- Familiar with Unity Engine
- Able to use Photoshop to make quick edits when required
- Able to use video editing software to compile videos
