We are currently seeking a dynamic and creative Content Creator and Social Media Specialist to join our team in Denpasar Barat. This role is essential in shaping our digital presence and engaging our global audience through compelling content that reflects our brand’s unique identity and values.

The Content Creator and Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies across all social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This includes creating original written content, editing and refining materials, managing content calendars, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize reach and impact. The ideal candidate will also collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive and visually appealing content that aligns with TRM Hospitality’s brand image. Additionally, they will monitor trends, identify opportunities for growth, and contribute to the overall digital marketing strategy.

Candidates must hold an Associate Degree or equivalent and have between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience in content creation, social media management, or related fields. Strong skills in content writing, creative writing, content editing, content marketing, and content strategy are essential. A passion for storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment will be highly valued.
