🚀 WE ARE HIRING – SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST 🚀

Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal S1 (Marcom, Ilmu Komunikasi, atau DKV lebih disukai);
Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Social Media Specialist/Content Creator;
Up-to-date dengan tren terbaru di TikTok, Instagram (Reels), dan algoritma media sosial;
Memiliki kemampuan Copywriting yang kuat dan storytelling yang menarik;
Mampu melakukan editing video sederhana;
Kreatif, inovatif, dan mampu bekerja dengan target engagement.

📌 Job Description:

Menyusun content planning dan ide konten yang menarik untuk sosial media perusahaan;
Melakukan riset tren, hashtag, dan kompetitor secara berkala.;
Menganalisis performa konten melalui data insight mingguan/bulanan;
Bekerja sama dengan tim marketing untuk kampanye besar.
