At Pandawa Agri Indonesia, we believe that the most powerful stories in agriculture are not just written: they are captured directly from the field.
Through this role, you won’t just learn how to create content. You will be directly involved in how an agritech brand builds its narrative from real impact on the ground: from plantation activities, interactions with farmers, to the implementation of innovations.
This is an opportunity for those who want to grow as a content creator while gaining a deeper understanding of agriculture from a different perspective.
What will you do?
- Field Content Production
- Capture photos and videos during field activities, training sessions, events, and product applications.
- Identify and document meaningful moments that can be developed into engaging stories.
- Capture visual content with good framing and composition based on content needs.
- Support the team in bringing real field activities into visual storytelling. - Content Creation & Execution
- Assist in creating short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Stories.
- Support editing raw photos and videos into simple and engaging social media content.
- Support daily content production based on ongoing activities and team direction.
- Share ideas and support the creation of relevant social media content. - On-Camera & Content Persona
- Participate as on-camera talent for selected content when needed.
- Help create more authentic and relatable content through personal storytelling.
- Explore different content formats such as behind-the-scenes, activity highlights, and simple explainers.
Who are we looking for?
- Active students, final-year students, and fresh graduates from Agriculture, Multimedia, Visual Communication Design or related fields are welcome to apply.
- Available for a 5–6 months internship period and willing to be based in Banyuwangi, East Java.
- Have a strong interest in content creation, photography, and videography.
- Interested in agriculture, sustainability, and field-based activities.
- Familiar with basic editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe, or similar platforms.
- Have a good sense of storytelling and the ability to capture meaningful moments.
- Comfortable appearing on camera is a plus.
- Creative, curious, proactive, and open to learning from feedback.
- Good communication skills and able to work well in a team.
