Deskripsi pekerjaan Sortation Center Lead - SPX Express (Kab. Berau) PT Nusantara Ekspres Kilat (Shopee Express)
Job Descriptions:
- Monitor daily operations of the sortation center through supervision of the inbound, sorting, reprocessing, and outbound process
- Ensure all function in the sortation center is running well in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Conduct manpower planning in accordance with the fluctuations in the daily volume
- Monitor team productivity, capacity, and tools in the sortation center
- Conduct briefing with the Sortation team including 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) implementation and report
Requirements:
- Diploma degree or above in any field
- 5 years of experience as Warehouse Lead/Assistant Manager in Logistic/Supply Chain or related field
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Willing to work in shifts
- Willing to be placed in Kab. Berau, Kalimantan Timur
