Weâre looking for a detail-oriented and process-minded individual to develop and document SOPs across all departments. If you enjoy mapping processes and building operational consistency, weâd love to hear from you!
đ What Youâll Do:
- Develop and document SOPs across all departments.
- â Ensure operational consistency and process efficiency.
- â Strengthen internal control and manage risk across business processes.
- â Ensure compliance with company policies and third-party requirements and regulations.
- â Develop and obtain approval for SOPs of critical business processes.
- â Establish document control and SOP governance processes.
â What Weâre Looking For:
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in SOP development, internal audit, compliance, or business process improvement.
- â Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution industries is preferred.
- â Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- â Strong process mapping and documentation skills.
- â Strong communication skills.
