SOP & Compliance Specialist

Job Description:

- Menyusun, mereview, menstandarkan SOP & WI lintas departemen

- Memastikan implementasi SOP berjalan konsisten & disiplin

- Melakukan compliance monitoring & verifikasi SOP berkala

- Menyusun policy internal (authorization matrix, approval flow, hierarchy)

- Mengelola corrective & preventive action (CAPA)

- Berkoordinasi dengan semua deptartemen terkait proses kerja

- Menjadi early warning system untuk pelanggaran SOP & risiko

- Memberikan usulan improvement based on SOP & WI dan support Implementasi.

Requirements:

- S1 Jurusan Teknik Industri, Manajemen, atau jurusan terkait.

- Memahami SOP, compliance, audit internal, dan kontrol proses bisnis.

- Memiliki kemampuan analitis, problem solving, dan attention to detail yang baik.

- Mampu berkomunikasi dan berkoordinasi dengan baik lintas departemen.

- Terbiasa membuat laporan, dokumentasi, dan monitoring implementasi SOP.

- Memiliki pemahaman terkait risk management dan process improvement menjadi nilai tambah.
