Responsibilities
- You will act as the hands-on technical role that validates whether a proposed platform solution can technically work, integrate, scale, and be delivered.
- This role focuses on technical feasibility, prototype, PoC, lab validation, platform exploration, demo assets, and technical assumptions.
- Validate technical feasibility of proposed platform solutions.
- Build prototype, PoC, demo environment, lab setup, or technical simulation when required.
- Explore new technologies, tools, platforms, vendors, and open-source solutions.
- Assess integration approach, technical dependencies, scalability, security, performance, and delivery risks.
- Provide technical assumptions, limitations, and feasibility input to Business Development.
- Support proposal development with technical diagrams, architecture inputs, demo scenarios, and PoC results.
- Prepare technical feasibility report, prototype documentation, demo script, and technical recommendation.
- Work with Product Engineering to validate development complexity and implementation approach.
- Work with Product Service & Solution to validate infrastructure, deployment, and service readiness.
- Support customer-facing technical sessions when prototype, demo, or technical clarification is required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technical solution engineering, system integration, platform engineering, software development, DevOps, cloud, data platform, cybersecurity, IoT, or telco solution environment.
- Experience in prototype development, PoC, technical feasibility validation, lab testing, system integration, or demo environment preparation.
- Experience with platform-based solutions, APIs, databases, middleware, cloud/container technology, monitoring tools, data pipeline, or automation is preferred.
- Experience supporting presales, product development, or technical validation activities is an advantage.
- Strong hands-on technical capability in software/platform/system integration.
- Ability to build prototype, demo, sandbox, or PoC environment.
- Good understanding of platform architecture, API integration, infrastructure, data flow, security, and deployment model.
- Ability to analyze feasibility, limitation, technical risk, and integration complexity.
- Familiar with modern technology stacks such as cloud, container, microservices, databases, messaging platform, API gateway, monitoring tools, or automation tools.
- Good troubleshooting and technical documentation skills.
- Able to translate technical findings into understandable input for proposal and management decision.
- Able to work with Product Engineering, Product Service & Solutions, QA, Program Management, and Business Development.
- Strong learning attitude and ability to explore new tools or technologies independently.
