Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for ERP solutions and IT Managed Services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand customer business needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to develop solution designs and project scopes.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in ERP solutions, IT Services, or System Integration.
- Strong understanding of ERP solutions and/or IT Managed Services.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing enterprise accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels, including C-level executives.
- Strong business acumen and consultative selling skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
