Solution Delivery Head

Job Descriptions:

•Lead the end-to-end delivery of solutions (internal solutions and payment solutions), ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

•Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies

•Utilize Agile methodologies or other modern project management to manage project workflows, ensuring adaptability to changing requirements.

•Coordinate with product management, operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless implementation of payment solutions.

•Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients and vendors.

•Facilitate regular meetings to communicate project status, address concerns, and gather feedback

•Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

•Implement best practices for solution delivery, ensuring continuous improvement in methodologies.

•Provide technical guidance during the implementation of solutions, leveraging expertise in software development and cybersecurity.

•Collaborate with IT teams to ensure effective integration of payment solutions and internal solutions with existing systems.

•Ensure all solutions comply with industry regulations and standards, including data protection and security requirements.

•Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.

•Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of solution delivery.

•Prepare and present reports on project outcomes, challenges, and areas for improvement to senior management.

•Lead and mentor a team of project managers, developers, integrator, infrastructure, dev-ops, and delivery specialists, fostering a collaborative culture.

•Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills in solutioning and project management.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree from Information Technology or a related field. Master's degree prefered.
• Min. 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the payment processing or financial services industry
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Strong understanding of payment systems, gateways and related technologies
• Familiarity with Agile or other management methodologies
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Ms Project)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environment.
