Solution Architect

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join our Solution Architect & Engineering team.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing practical, scalable, and sustainable technology solutions by translating business needs into solution architecture, technical designs, implementation plans, and validated solution concepts. You will contribute across end-to-end Solution Planning & Design, with a strong focus on AI, Data Science, and Data Engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, preferably in AI/ML, Data Science, Data Engineering, or Software Engineering.
- Strong practical experience in AI, Data Science, and/or Data Engineering.
- Good understanding of Generative AI, LLM, RAG, Machine Learning, Data Platforms, Data Pipelines, Data Security, and Analytics.
- Familiarity with Application, System Integration, Database, and Cloud/Infrastructure technologies is a plus.
- Able to create and present High-Level Design (HLD), Solution Architecture, Data Flow, and Integration Designs.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and technical documentation skills.
- Able to translate business problems and requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Possess a positive attitude, with an optimistic and humble mindset.
- Willing to expand from an AI/Data specialization into broader end-to-end Solution Architecture.
Job Responsibilities
- Understand business objectives, requirements, and challenges, and translate them into technical solution requirements.
- Design end-to-end solution architectures across Applications, Data, AI, Integration, Infrastructure, and Cloud.
- Develop solution designs, High-Level Designs (HLD), technical proposals, technology assessments, and implementation approaches.
- Conduct requirement workshops and solution discussions with customers and stakeholders.
- Provide technical recommendations related to scalability, security, performance, availability, and sustainability.
- Design and develop Proof of Concept (PoC), prototypes, demos, or sandbox solutions to validate technical feasibility.
- Research emerging technologies, particularly in AI, Data, Cloud, and modern technology platforms.
- Produce and maintain architecture and solution design documentation in accordance with company standards and governance.
