SOLAR PROJECT MANAGER

About

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.


Responsibilities

· Ensuring project execution is well implemented

· Ensuring project controls activities during assigned project and installation execution are consistently performed in compliance with established procedures

· Ensuring project performance report are reported in due time

· Ensuring effective cost control processes are implemented on the project

· Ensuring the work process of team member are well managed

· Preparing plan for project development & construction

· Leading and monitoring installation and project execution

· Monitoring operational activities & maintenance

· Monitoring development of the overall installation and project control plans and associated procedures

· Analyzing project-specific risks and opportunities

· Analyzing project execution strategy

· Providing engineering support for PV solar specific engineering issues and value engineering opportunities based on the project-specific risk profile

· Supporting Commercial Department in analyzing EPC/Supplier tender submittals

· Supporting Commercial Department in negotiation of key contracts and in drafting proposed changes to contract language

· Managing interfaces between project owner, contractor and related departments for all technical and commercial communications

· Tracking project key performance indicators (schedule, cost, quality, scope)

· Evaluating contractor progress reports

· Preparing reports for the project Owner and lenders based on contractor reports and first hand observation of the project progress



Qualifications

· Min Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred strong current).

· Have Experiences in 3 - 4 years in PV system as a Project Engineer / Project Manager.

· Have Experiences in Engineering Design for PV system (On Grid, Off Grid, Hybrid).

· Have Experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) in Renewable Energy System for PV Power Plants, PV on Commercial Building and Hybrid Power System.

· Required Skills : AutoCad, Sketchup.
