Software Engineering Educator & Consultant (Full-Time)

The Role: As a Full-Time Software Engineering Educator & Consultant, you will empower learners through engaging IT training, customize learning solutions based on client needs, and contribute to technical consulting and software implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality software development training programs and create engaging learning experiences for clients, both online and offline.
- Customize training materials, syllabi, and coding modules based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams at SUHU to develop and continuously improve training content and technical documentation.
- Analyze client needs and provide technical recommendations, architectural solutions, and training roadmaps.
- Support IT consulting projects, software implementation activities, and technical presentations when required.
- Conduct research and evaluation of emerging programming technologies, AI tools, and frameworks to ensure training materials remain relevant.
- Assess participant learning outcomes through coding tests, projects, and practical exercises.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), algorithms, and data structures.
- Proficient in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Golang, C#) and familiar with popular frameworks.
- Strong teaching capability and experience in delivering technical training, workshops, or mentoring sessions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex programming concepts in a clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand manner.
- Familiar with version control systems (e.g., Git), databases (SQL/NoSQL), and basic DevOps practices.
- Professional certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer, etc.) are a strong plus.
- Mobility: Highly willing to travel across Indonesia and internationally for on-site client training.
- Placement: Must be willing to be stationed at our head office in Yogyakarta as a full-time employee.
