Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in IT Support, Software Development, System Administration, or a similar role
3. Basic knowledge of web application development using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP,
Python, or other modern programming languages.
4. Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), debugging, testing, and version control (Git is a plus).
5. Familiarity with application deployment, system maintenance, and performance monitoring is an advantage.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical
users.
8. Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work effectively, and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Troubleshoot software and system issue
2. Design, develop and maintain web-based systems/applications
3.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
4. Test, debug and fix technical issues
5. Maintain & monitor application performance, security, and scalability
6. Collaborate with UI/UX, product, and QA teams and stakeholder to build and develop app/system for internal and
external user
7.Perform routine system updates, installations, and maintenance.
8. Coordinate with vendors or third-party providers when necessary
9. Provide technical support to non technical employees/users
10. Document technical procedures, system configurations, and software features.
