Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the quality, reliability, and stability of applications throughout the development lifecycle.
- Perform API testing and validation using Postman to ensure functionality and performance meet requirements.
- Conduct continuous testing to maintain the quality of pre-release applications.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating test activities, preparing test scenarios, and ensuring test scripts meet quality standards before delivery to clients.
- Collaborate closely with the Product team to understand business objectives, requirements, and expected outcomes.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using project management tools with clear details and supporting evidence.
- Work closely with developers to communicate, analyze, and resolve reported issues effectively.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and various software testing methodologies.
- Experience with functional testing, regression testing, and UAT processes.
- Familiarity with API testing tools, especially Postman.
- Comfortable with identifying opportunities to improve testing processes and workflows.
