Deskripsi pekerjaan Software Quality Assurance Intern Pt. Trawlbens Teknologi Anak Indonesia
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, or a related field.
- Analytical skills: possessing problem-solving skills, attention to detail, the ability to analyze complex system flows, and identify areas for improvement.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to work collaboratively in a team. Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.
- High curiosity and a strong willingness to learn new things.
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum development environments and SDLC.
- Involved in the development of information system projects or organizations.
- Familiar with related development tools such as Postman (API), task management, API documentation, and database querying.
- Experience using automation testing tools such as Katalon, Selenium, and Postman.
- Experienced in providing application support, managing issue tickets, and ensuring timely ticket resolution
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases. Conduct functional testing, regression testing, and application performance testing.
- Create documentation for the testing plan and prepare the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plan.
- Design and implement automated test scripts.
- Continuously optimize and improve the development and testing processes to enhance quality and testing efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-divisional teams including Developers, UI/UX, and Operations.
- Maintain effective communication with technical teams, operations, and users regarding application issues and solutions.
- Provide application support to users, resolve technical issues, and deliver timely solutions.
- Placement in East Jakarta
