Job Desc:
- Analyze business and system requirements.
- Create test scenarios, test cases, and test execution reports.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
- Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing.
- Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Project Managers.
- Ensure software quality before deployment.
- Participate in sprint planning, review, and UAT activities when required.
Minimum Qualifications
Junior QA
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Manual QA or Software Tester.
- Understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Able to create basic test cases and execute manual testing.
Mid-Level QA
- 3–5 years of experience as a Manual QA.
- Strong experience in functional and regression testing.
- Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Able to create comprehensive test scenarios and test documentation.
- Experience working in Agile development teams.
Senior QA
- More than 5 years of experience as a Manual QA.
- Experience leading testing activities for enterprise applications.
- Able to review test strategies and mentor junior QA members.
- Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Enterprise projects is highly preferred.
Preferred Skills
- API testing using Postman.
- Basic SQL for data validation.
- Mobile application testing.
- ISTQB certification is a plus.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
