As a Software Integration Analyst, you will work at the intersection of software integration, functional analysis, and project management. You will collaborate with engineers, cross-functional teams, and international clients to understand business requirements, design solutions, and deliver technology projects that meet client needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client projects from initial scoping through implementation and final invoicing.
- Work with clients to understand business requirements, processes, and integration needs, and translate them into clear project requirements.
- Participate in solution design, system integration, testing, and project delivery to ensure solutions meet client requirements and are delivered on time and in full.
- Collaborate with software engineers and cross-functional teams to implement and integrate business systems.
- Manage client communication, expectations, requirements, and project updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Follow established policies and best practices when defining and implementing project requirements.
- Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate resolution of issues identified during testing or implementation.
- Understand and apply relevant connectivity and integration protocols based on project requirements.
- Support clients throughout testing and implementation, providing clear communication and guidance on technical or functional issues.
Basic Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in software integration, EDI, ERP, e-commerce, or related technology environments.
- Experience managing or leading projects, preferably involving technology implementation or system integration.
- Confident spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients.
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Desirable Qualifications
- Understanding of B2B, e-commerce, ERP, or supply chain management business processes.
- Experience or knowledge of programming languages, preferably Java and/or C++.
- Understanding of network communication and integration protocols.
- Experience working with international clients or cross-border projects.
- Ability to understand both technical solutions and business requirements.
