Responsibilities
- Lead the Software Engineering organization, setting technical direction, priorities, engineering standards, and development practices.
- Own the end-to-end software product lifecycle, from requirements and architecture to development, deployment, commercialization, and continuous improvement.
- Lead zero-to-one product development, transforming business and customer requirements into scalable and commercially viable software products.
- Define and oversee software architecture, ensuring products are secure, reliable, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Drive product commercialization by working closely with the CEO, Product, Business, Sales, and customers to ensure engineering priorities support market and revenue goals.
- Build and lead high-performing engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring, performance management, and development of technical leaders.
- Collaborate with local and international partners and customers on technical requirements, integration, deployment, and product delivery.
- Provide technical leadership to the CEO and senior management, including technology strategy, architecture decisions, project status, technical risks, and investment priorities.
Requirements
- Degree(s) in Computer Science or a related field, with at least one degree awarded Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, or Summa Cum Laude, and a minimum of 5 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Proven experience leading software engineering teams and delivering software products from zero-to-one through production and commercialization.
- Strong experience in software architecture, system design, software development, and engineering best practices, with the ability to make sound technical and business trade-offs.
- Proven experience managing the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
- Experience managing software projects, engineering resources, priorities, timelines, risks, and delivery quality.
- Strong understanding of product commercialization, including working with Product, Business, Sales, and customers to ensure technical solutions meet market and business needs.
- Experience working with local and international partners, clients, and technology vendors is a plus.
- Understanding or experience in Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Decentralized Applications (DApps) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to work directly with the CEO and senior management.
