## About the Role

PT Hitechmain Solusi Indonesia is looking for a versatile Software Engineer who is capable of handling both product design and software quality assurance.

This position combines UI/UX design and QA responsibilities into one role. The ideal candidate should be able to understand user and business requirements, design intuitive web and mobile interfaces, test product functionality, identify issues, and work closely with developers to ensure the final product is ready for release. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of both product experience and product quality.

## Job Responsibilities

• Analyze business and user requirements and translate them into practical digital product solutions.

• Create user flows, information architecture, customer journeys, and wireframes.

• Design responsive websites for desktop, tablet, and mobile.

• Design mobile applications for Android and iOS.

• Create high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes using Figma.

• Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UI libraries.

• Ensure consistency of UI/UX across different features and platforms.

• Conduct usability reviews and improve designs based on feedback.

• Prepare design specifications and developer handoff documentation.

• Review the final implementation to ensure it matches the approved design.

• Analyze product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and design specifications.

• Create test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and testing checklists.

• Perform functional, regression, smoke, integration, exploratory, and responsive testing.

• Test web applications across different browsers and screen sizes.

• Test Android and iOS applications across different devices and environments.

• Perform API testing and validate API responses.

• Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps and expected results.

• Conduct retesting after bugs have been fixed.

• Verify implemented features against requirements and Figma designs.

• Assist with User Acceptance Testing and release preparation.

• Prepare quality reports and provide recommendations before production release.

• Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and other stakeholders.

## Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Design, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in UI/UX, Product Design, Quality Assurance, Software Testing, Software Engineering, or related roles.

• Strong experience using Figma, including components, auto layout, prototyping, and design systems.

• Good understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, typography, layout, spacing, hierarchy, and usability.

• Able to create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.

• Experience designing websites and mobile applications.

• Strong understanding of software testing and SDLC.

• Able to create structured test cases, test scenarios, and bug reports.

• Experience performing functional and regression testing.

• Experience testing web, Android, and iOS applications.

• Able to compare implemented products against design specifications.

• Familiar with API testing tools such as Postman.

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

• Good communication skills and able to work closely with developers and product teams.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Fluent in English is preferred.

## Additional Skills

• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge.

• Understanding of Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.

• Knowledge of accessibility and WCAG.

• Experience working with SaaS, CRM, ERP, e-commerce, fintech, or other digital products.

• Familiarity with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.

• Understanding of REST API, JSON, HTTP methods, status codes, and authentication.

• Basic SQL knowledge.

• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD.

• Experience with BrowserStack, Firebase App Distribution, or TestFlight.

• Familiarity with Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar project management tools.

• Experience with usability testing and analytics tools.
