Job Descriptions
- • Support / provide advice to other R&D engineer member in technical aspects
- Review other R&D engineer's work to ensure clean code and no-conflict after deployment
- Design high-level architecture for R&D PoC & long project
- Communicate with other stakeholders (ex. infra) to ensure the same understanding
- Initiate & develop different technical strategy or approach for project improvement (ex. Langchain implementation to supersede Azure OpenAI in GenAI Project, SAHI method to improve accuracy level in detection system — this is unique skill also)
- As back-end engineer, also conduct full cycle development (previously as full-stack, but now since already join several Front End engineer, now he focus on back-middle end and maintaining performance of overall application performance)
Job Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in software development
- Proven experience in a senior or lead developer role
- Proven track record in working on AI/ML projects, or has strong interest in AI/ML
- Proficient in back-end technologies such as Python and Golang
- Experience with .NET is a strong advantage
- Proficient in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or Flutter
- Good understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)
- Familiar with DevOps practices and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to adapt to new technologies and changing requirements
- Ability to mentor and guide team members
- Willing to be placed at Pulomas, East Jakarta
