Software Engineer
Position Overview
We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our development team. This role requires a versatile engineer with at least 1 year of hands-on full-stack experience, backend expertise in .NET, Java, or modern JavaScript frameworks, and solid proficiency building responsive interfaces with a modern JavaScript framework such as React, Vue, or Angular.
Requirement
● Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer (or equivalent combined backend and frontend experience)
● Hands-on backend development experience with at least one of: .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core), Java (Spring Boot), or a JavaScript runtime/framework (Node.js, Express, NestJS)
● Solid frontend experience with a modern JavaScript framework such as React, Vue, or Angular, including HTML5, CSS3, and ES6+
● Able to design and consume RESTful APIs; familiarity with JSON, HTTP methods, and status codes
● Working knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL) — writing queries, joins, and basic schema design
● Comfortable with Git and collaborative branching workflows
● Understanding of MVC or layered architecture and basic OOP principles
● Able to debug across the stack and read existing codebases without full documentation
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
● Experience with ORMs (Entity Framework, Hibernate, Prisma, TypeORM)
● Exposure to Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
● Familiarity with TypeScript, state management libraries, or component testing
● Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery
Responsibilities
● Develop, test, and maintain both backend services and frontend interfaces for web applications
● Build and document REST APIs, then integrate them with the frontend
● Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into working, responsive features
● Write clean, maintainable code and participate in peer code reviews
● Design and optimize database queries and schema changes as features require
● Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and security issues across the stack
● Collaborate with product, design, and QA to clarify requirements and refine scope
● Support deployment activities and monitor applications after release
● Maintain technical documentation for the features and services you own
● Keep up with relevant framework updates and propose improvements where they add value
