1. ROLE SUMMARY
We are engaging 2 Software Engineers on a six-month contract to accelerate the enhancement and delivery of our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Web Platform.
This engagement focuses on developing new features, improving existing modules, optimizing application performance, and supporting ongoing business requirements.
This role is suitable for engineers who can:
Develop and enhance web applications across frontend and backend.
Understand existing applications with minimal onboarding.
Collaborate with Product Owners and technical teams to deliver high-quality software within sprint timelines.
Contribute to stable, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in web application development, API integration, database optimization, and enterprise business applications.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop, test, and deploy new features for the QSR Web Platform.
Enhance existing application modules based on business requirements.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
Perform database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
Troubleshoot application issues and perform bug fixing.
Integrate third-party services when required.
Ensure code quality through code review, documentation, and testing.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and Product Owners.
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
Support deployment and production issue investigation when necessary.
3. REQUIREMENTS
Must-have
Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
2–3 years of experience in software or web application development.
Strong experience with Laravel (PHP) framework.
Good programming knowledge in Go and/or Python.
Experience in designing and consuming REST APIs.
Good understanding of relational databases including:
MySQL
PostgreSQL
Microsoft SQL Server
Experience using Git version control.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in Agile/Scrum environments.
Willing to standby on call 24/7.
Nice-to-have
Experience in Food & Beverage or QSR applications.
Experience with POS systems.
Familiarity with Docker or containerized deployment.
Experience integrating third-party payment or delivery services.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
Basic understanding of cloud platforms.
Familiarity with caching technologies (Redis) is an advantage.
Experience working with ERP or enterprise business applications.
Willing and available to work on-site, HO RKI Bojong, Bandung Area.
