What We're Looking For:
1. Solid experience in JavaScript (Node.js) backend development
2. Familiarity with Golang or PHP is a strong plus
3. Deep understanding of relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL
4. Experience working with NoSQL databases is a bonus
5. Strong grasp of microservices architecture
6. Proficient in containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes
7. Excellent logic and problem-solving skills
8. Ability to write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code
9. Understanding of API design, system performance, and scalability
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain backend services using JavaScript (Node.js) or Golang as the primary language
• Collaborate closely with frontend, mobile, and DevOps teams to build scalable and reliable systems
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and work with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL)
• Build systems based on microservices architecture, ensuring modularity and maintainability
• Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability of backend systems
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across multiple systems and environments
• Stay current with backend development trends and suggest improvements where needed
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while ensuring timely delivery of stable and high-quality backend solutions
