We are a fast-paced, early-stage startup looking to solve the inflexibility of traditional tutoring schedules and limited access to qualified educators for Indonesian students and parents who need convenient, personalized academic and non-academic support. The Role
We are looking for a versatile Full-Stack Developer who thrives in the "0 to 1" phase. You’ll be responsible for building seamless cross-platform mobile experiences with Flutter and high-performance backend systems using Django and Postgres.
What You’ll Do
Architect & Build: Lead the development of our mobile application and scaling our backend API.
Own the Stack: Manage everything from database schema design in Postgres to UI/UX implementation in Flutter.
Iterate Fast: Work closely with the founders to ship features, gather user feedback, and pivot when necessary.
Infrastructure: Oversee deployment pipelines and cloud infrastructure to ensure our services are reliable and secure.
What You Bring
Startup DNA: You’ve worked at an early-stage company before. You’re comfortable with ambiguity, move fast, and aren't afraid to wear multiple hats.
Agentic Coding: The days of hand-writing every line of code are behind us. You’re able to write prompts and build harnesses to allow the agents to do as much work as possible.
Mobile Expertise: Experience with cross-platform mobile frameworks like Flutter or React Native.
Backend Proficiency: Experience with backend frameworks such as Python/Django, Ruby on Rails, Java Spring.
Database Design: Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL (optimizing queries, indexing, and data modeling).
Full-Stack Mindset: You understand the entire web stack, including CI/CD, caching, and security best practices.
