Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Software Developer
Mandatory: Experience in the Banking Industry
Mandatory: Available to join ASAP
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Golang, Java, and Rust (must be proficient in all three)
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
Familiar with Unit Testing and Clean Architecture
Experience in Banking or large-scale startups is an advantage

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend applications
Build clean, efficient, and maintainable code
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle
Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and bug fixing
Ensure applications meet security, scalability, and performance standards
