About the Role
XEXYMIX Indonesia is looking for a Social Media to support daily social media execution with a strong focus on content planning, uploads, event-based content production, and cross-team coordination. This role suits someone who is trend-aware, proactive, and hands-on, especially across Instagram and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities
• Support content planning and execution for organic social media content
• Manage daily content uploads on Instagram & TikTok
• Execute event-based content, including trending content planning, video production, and in-house editing
• Handle team allocation related to KOL reposts, product launch content calendars, and organic content scheduling
• Manage content inventory and ensure timely, accurate uploads
• Coordinate with internal teams to align content with brand direction and campaign timelines
Qualifications & Skills
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Multimedia, or related fields
• 3-4 years experience in social media execution or content operations within the fashion / lifestyle industry (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome)
• Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok trends, formats, and best practices
• Able to handle in-house video shooting and editing (CapCut, Canva, Adobe tools)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple content streams
• Trend-aware, proactive, and socially active personality
• Creative mindset with good teamwork and communication skills
