Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Communication Studies, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience as a TikTok Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or in a similar role is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, platform features, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to write engaging captions that align with each brand's tone of voice and identity.
- Basic knowledge of social media performance analysis, with the ability to interpret insights and provide recommendations to improve engagement and account growth.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Proactive, up to date with the latest social media trends, and adaptable to a fast-changing digital environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willing to participate in content production and attend content shoots, with flexibility to work according to production needs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the Celcius and Celcius Woman TikTok accounts, including engaging with audiences by responding to direct messages (DMs), comments, and utilizing TikTok's interactive features to build and maintain a strong community.
- Actively interact with relevant TikTok accounts to increase engagement, expand audience reach, and strengthen brand presence and awareness on the platform.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop weekly content ideas and concepts aligned with the brand's marketing strategy and objectives.
- Responsible for writing compelling captions, preparing content for publication, and ensuring all videos are posted according to the planned content schedule.
- Monitor TikTok account and content performance through regular analysis of relevant metrics.
- Prepare weekly performance reports containing insights, evaluations, and strategic recommendations to continuously improve content performance, account growth, and audience engagement.
- Stay up to date with the latest TikTok trends, content formats, and platform features, and proactively propose creative and innovative content ideas that support the brand's marketing objectives.
