Job Summary
Responsible for developing comprehensive, creative, and data-driven social media strategies for digital agency clients. This role holds full accountability for structuring, visualizing, and pitching compelling proposal decks to win new business and client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and audience data to define content pillars and social media KPIs.
- tructure and visualize strategic ideas into persuasive, high-converting presentation decks.
- Confidently present digital concepts and strategic proposals to prospective clients.
- Translate strategic concepts into clear creative briefs for copywriters, designers, and multimedia creators.
- Monitor campaign performance and deliver data-backed optimization insights and reports.
Key Qualifications
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience as a Social Media Planner/Strategist within a Digital Agency environment.
- Deck Mastery: Highly proficient in Google Slides, or PowerPoint with strong visual layout and storytelling skills.
- Social Tools: Experienced with social analytics and listening tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Communication: Exceptional presentation and pitching skills, with fluency in English and Indonesian.
- Mindset: Growth-oriented, adaptive to fast-moving digital trends, and thrives under tight agency deadlines.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
- Pitch Win-Rate: The conversion rate of proposal decks in winning pitches and securing new client accounts.
- KPI Delivery: Performance of strategies against agreed client targets (reach, engagement, conversion).
