Social Media Strategist

Rumah Peran is looking for a creative person to join our Social Media's dynamic team.

Job Description: As a Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive engagement across various platforms. Your expertise in social media will be essential in creating compelling content and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Create and implement innovative digital marketing strategies that align with our business goals.
• Social Media Management: Oversee and optimize our social media channels, including [Instagram, TikTok, Youtube].
• Content Creation: Develop engaging content tailored for various platforms, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
• Analytics and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Community Engagement: Foster and grow our online community through proactive engagement and interaction.
• Collaborative Projects: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and enhance marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in a Production Team would be a definite plus point
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media strategies.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and email marketing is a plus.
• Proficiency in basic editing tools [CapCut, VN, SnapSeed, LightRoom, Inshot]
• Willing to work on-site (WFO) in Lebak Bulus six days a week, with availability on weekends.
