Requirements:
- Solid knowledge & interest in beauty and wellness industry.
- Strong interest in beauty products.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies.
- Expertise in key social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Threads and X (Twitter).
- Strong communication skills and ability to apply data-driven insights (Both Bahasa Indonesia and English).
- Strong interest in copywriting and content creation.
- Comfortable with visual content (Graphic Design, Photography, or Videography).
- Strong integrated campaign portfolio.
- Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams.
- Strong conceptual thinking with a performance-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Have experienced working in digital agency is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze-Create-Report
- Develop and implement digital strategies for specified social media platforms.
- Analyze current social media trends and market insights through research.
- Present strategic plan proposals for ongoing projects.
- Create Content Mapping & Editorial Plan for social media campaigns.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports.
